Refunds and Cancellations

BitSignal Refund Policy

We have a 24-hour return policy. This means you may return all online store items within 24 hours of the delivery of the shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Prior to returning items, you must obtain a return authorization number from BitSignal.

To start a return, you can contact us at ask@mybitsignal.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 745 Spiral Blvd., Hastings, MN, 55033, United States

If your return meets these conditions, BitSignal will issue a credit for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee, PayPal transaction fees, and shipping charges paid by BitSignal. You may be responsible for shipping costs to return the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

BitSignal typically maintains an inventory of all standard (non-customized) products offered on its online store. BitSignal generally processes and ships these items within 24-48 hours of you placing the order. If you need to cancel an order, you may do so prior to shipment and BitSignal will process a credit for the purchase price less the PayPal order processing fee.
